oh well…

why can’t I just keep the promises I make? I was just thinking a couple of minutes ago, that 2 years ago my time was spent writing stupid blog posts, phoshopping things, visiting and posting in forums, translating subs… now, my whole life is spent between twitter, facebook, youtube.. and when there’s nothing new, I don’t know what to do though I could keep translating Miss Ripley and The Greatest Love, the 2 only projects I decided to moderate.. failing =_= I repeat again and again “you should do that” and in the end I don’t…

2days ago dates of exams were released.. and that’s when I also realized I had to start studying… in less then a month… I should know hundreds of years of chinese and korean history… and Leopardi works too… which I hate.. and… yeah… I was so shocked that last night I dreamt I was taking the history of korea exam and almost failed it completely D: I can’t I can’t I can’t! why? because I want that damn scholarship to go to Korea next year T_T I want it so badly T_T suffered for 3 years to get into this university, suffering a whole year to get that scholarship.. I want it T_T Yet… it looks like this is not enough to make me start studying hard ._. what were I saying last year? “I’m sure at the uni I’ll study a lot because that’s something I really wanna do”? oh well… YES… I mean.. ok being fair I’m studying but… just the korean language –.- Now that I have nothing to do, I could study a bit.. no will at all –.- at least I’m blogging lol.. nothing interesting I know..

oh well there is something interesting I wanted to talk about.. this morning I read an article in a singaporean newspaper about the korean wave, judging it in a bad way. I have to say that I agree on the whole but I was so upset when she started saying that “Backstreet boys were different” .. I mean come on, everyone knows that kpop was born as an imitation of the US huge music market to make similar songs but in Korean.. which means that they weren’t and aren’t that different from korean artists.. yet just korean concerts, music shows, fanmeeting are crazy things.. that’s not true.. there’s always a good and a bad side in things but it looks like everyone is just focusing on the bad ones when talking about kpop. I’m the first criticizing it.. it looks so fake and all the groups are almost alike but this doesn’t mean that those teens have no talent. to become and idol, children (yes I’m not kidding when I say that they start their training at 6-8yo ) have to undergo so many trainings for everything to debut years later. they are perfect in every movement and often when you listen to a song live there’s no difference from the studio version. here of course you can also see the talents: I’m JYJ biased (and DB5K) and everyone knows it, but people can’t deny their live songs are BETTER than studio versions.. which are perfect.. whilst live they’re DIVINE.. though they make kpop.. commercial music.. I think I could say the same for Wheesung, or Hwanhee, or Bae Ji Young or.. I don’t know IU.. IU.. she’s just 18 and started her career at 15yo.. there’s nothing original in her songs, but her voice is no joke.. I’m really looking forward to her future works when she will have matured her style. she’s the usual doll-look-alike idol.. still you can’t say she doesn’t have talent.

Yep ok I’ve decided to get back to this blog because even though Twitter is faster, in the end all my updates ends being forgotten…so…. I’d better write everything here too.. starting with some of the dreams I had these days… because they were too strange… I’m still shocked at the idea..

TONIGHT DREAM

I was with my class mates (high school class mates ) on a seaside city and for some reasons that I can’t remind I was put to death with one of my friends.. the reason was really silly and I couldn’t find it right but I neither could do anything to change it.. the only positive thing was I wouldn’t have suffered.. or at least that was what I was thinking.. because after a bit I could clearly hear people screaming in pain inside the mortal chamber… I started being really really scared and when my name was called I was about to cry.. I was saying “I can’t die, I still haven’t seen JaeJoong., or better i ‘ve seen him but I’ve never got to meet him and talk to him… I can’t die till that moment..” nevertheless I was put inside the chamber.. boiling water started to flow but luckily I was able to find an upper place to refuge.. I could clearly see the water be higher and higher. suddenly it stopped flowing. I heard people outiside going away.

I then decided to try to leave that place and strangely the door was open.. I ran on the opposite side of the building and entered a huge back store of a korean market with an old korean man inside.. I looked at him scared and he helped me saving my life.. at least I guess so…

I just know that when I got up I was so shocked… it’s not the first time I dream of being killed… by gun, by poison… why??

MONDAY DREAM

I was back in mu high school days.. but in a different environment, like high schools in the US. my class mates were.. DB5K.. I was having a basketball match with them, and had the best time with YunHo and Changmin who spent most of the time teasing and playing with me. they were so kind to me (and so handsome). yet I kept looking at a guy not playing with much interest.. called.. Jaejoong.. I had a crush on him, but as always had no gut to approach him and try to confess. he was the unreachable perfect guy.

TUESDAY DREAM

I was once again in Berlin for JYJ concert. After the concert, my cousin decided to look for them because she wanted to meet them (though I don’t get why since she thinks they’re all girl and stupid… ._. ) but I decided not to because it wasn’t respectful.

the next day I woke up quite early and dragged along my 2 friends to go to a store for DIY stuff.. well while I was browsing some stuff I saw Min and Ho a couple of meters in front of me I was O_O “why are they here??”

I approached them and asked for a picture together with Changmin in korean and when he asked me if I had understood wheat he was saying and I nodded, he started laughing at me sure I couldn’t be able to understand. I was so upset because as I explained I was studying Korean and so I was able to understand quite well what he was saying.. in the end whilst my friend was taking the pic, I saw Jaejoong passing by, so I went away and started following him. when I grabbed him though, it wasn’t Jaejoong.. just a look-alike man…

Once again.. the unreachable guy for me. Always and Forever I guess

FAN ACCOUNT JYJ CONCERT IN BERLIN

Ok I should be doing something like STUDYING but the feeling is just not the right one xD it’s midnight and I also should go to bed at some point..ANYWAY..

I’ve come back home exactly 2 weeks ago.. JUST 2 weeks ago I still can’t believe it.. it looks like years has passed…

I don’t have pictures sorry… I still haven’t bought a damn camera… –.- I don’t have the money sigh T_T

everything started on Friday.. or better.. much earlier xD as I started realizing I went to a JYJ concert on Tuesday, when I met all my class mates once again and felt tears dropping down my face.. ok more on a symbolic level LOL I wonder if I’ll ever cry X°D

I was so happy to have gone there and also full of hopes I would have been able to meet them in Berlin.. I mean… I already had been there, I knew that part of the city so well, I was sure someone would have leaked the info about the hotel, I was confident luck was on my side this time.. but.. the more tweets I read, the more I saw them not tweeting, the more I lost confidence… nevertheless on Friday morning I packed my luggage for the third time in a week and headed once again to Venice airport to meet with Elisa, a girl studying Korean with me at the Uni. when I saw her I was so excited knowing in just a few hours I’d have been in a city I love and more important, where JYJ were.

I took something for breakfast, then we went to the gate and waited for our flight.. which this time was in time and nice! except for my cold and period that made the whole journey a bit… uncomfortable –.-

anyway.. we landed in Berlin at about 2pm, got lost a bit our way to the hotel for the first night but eventually able to leave our luggages in our room and leave for the city centre! we were positive we would have been able to meet JYJ on Kudamm Strasse because.. come on there are all the shops you want, and there’s also the KaDeWe where everything is branded.. of course we were wrong –.- we wandered for a bit, grabbed a slice of pizza at Pizza Hut, then kept walking without a real goal, and then it started being quite cold.. we found a couple of hotels, decided to look at them to see if there were some fans but we couldn’t find any.. I started to stalk twitter then and when we got a sort of clue we decided to take a look at the hotels in Friedrichstrasse and Postzdamerplatz… with no positive result.. we were just too cold that after a bit in front of the Brandeburge Tor we decided to get back to our hotel.. discovering then that JJ had been were we had been just some minutes before than us… I dreamt of the boys that night.. don’t remember what though :P

we had the check out at 11am, so we wanted to sleep a bit more, but in the end we got up at 8am, had breakfast in a near bread shop at 9am, chilled a bit in a park in front of the hotel talking about everything, and then decided to get our luggage, check out and then go to the hostel we were going to stay at for the following 2 days (not a wise choice though.. I don’t like hostels and this one made me understand I’ll just stay in hotels with a minimum of services u_u). here we met at the very entrance an italian guy who started to make a fuss for no reason –.- and looked for our support… –.-

As my other friend, called Elisa too, the one who’s from Milan and was with me in Barcelona too, was arriving that afternoon, we decided to take a walk outside, and do some sightseeing, grab something for lunch and then go meet her.. well that was our intention.. somehow I wanted to check the venue of the concert because on the pics it was so beautiful and also because I wanted to see how close to our hostel it was…

when I got there, I didn’t know if I should have cried or what.. there were already people queuing for the SVIP/VIP tickets.. I was imaging my day on the streets of Berlin, maybe with the luck to meet JJ somehow and no… my painful wait for those damn tickets started.. I mean.. it WAS REALLY COLD. and to people who started saying “it was your decision why are you complaning” I really hope you’ll never have to do such a thing…

what shocked me the most was seeing that 90% of the people queuing were japanese.. yes.. and middle age women.. nor girls… the 2 women behind me had just landed after a 22hrs flight from Tokyo.. for JYJ.. your fans are amazing really…

I got to know so many girls and also a fanboy from Sweden! he’s awesome! a pity I didn’t ask him for a facebook contact name ): well whatever.. the afternoon went by so slow, there were people stopping by looking at us like crazy people, taking pictures of us, other fans getting closer, then running away.. I would have loved to do that too –.- I especially got close to 3 chinese girls, the fanboy and 3 german girls behind me.we supported each other and they were so nice to me! Because I was queuing alone as my other friend still had to get there… At about 7pm, while I was totally freezing, my friends arrived and I was finally able to warm up a bit in the hostel first and then in the mc donald at Alexander Platz.. Just to see a tweet of Junsu of him at Brandeburge Tor.. I was.. like dying inside… but whatever I was so dead I didn’t really care… Then I got back to the venue with the food for my friend, and stayed there the whole night.. survived just thanx to the other girls who went back and forth to get some (horrible but at least HOT) hot chocolate to survive that cold and humid night. unable to sleep at all, I was able to survive till 6am, when my friends got back to the venue. by that time the queue was so long I was a bit happy to have suffered so much.. though I was just a VIP, which means i ‘d have been far from the stage anyway.

back to the hostel, wasn’t able to sleep at all because of the noise outside and at 9 my friend called me saying I needed to be there to get my ticket. I was so dizzy that I barely got to get dressed and leave that place (of course with no food in my body).

At the end at about 11.30am, after almost 24hours of suffering we got our damn tickets and posters! We were on the first row of the VIP, a good seat too. we then saw the man selling the fangoods from Korea, and as I went there another girl came with us. as the man was just talking in Korean I had to translate things for them and after a bit he was like “oh! can you understan korean?” “ehm yes” “oh where are you from?” “Venice..I study korean at the university” “Ohhh I see!! good well, if u get to Seoul, give me a phone call, I’ll buy you a meal!”

oh well better described “오빠 떡복기 사줄레?” that man was like 40yo? –.- 오빠..? oh well…

ok I guess the reason of my lack of sleep, abiity to focus and time is to be linked to the computer.. I waste so much time in front of this thing that evening arrives in a moment.. and then I get depressed by the thought of having to go to work because..all my passion went away a month ago.. I don’t like this environment anymore and can’t wait to leave it.. though my parents aren’t that happy about it.. but what can I do…? it’s been a month already I’ve been thinking about it.. and I came to this conclusion.. I don’t know if it is because I’m lazy or don’t want to face the reality but.. I’d prefer 2000 more times to just study

something that can’t happen anymore because.. my parents are too used now to me working and take care of my expenses…. I’m used to that too but… really… I’m so tired of life, especially in this week.. for some reasons I’ve been really depressed though when I was with others I could just smile and laugh all the time.. it happens always like that.. I’m with others and I smile, I’m alone and I start seeing just bad things..

the thing I find the most interesting is that I hate the way I’m behaving I should grow up and just accept the fact that u have to work hard to buy your food still I keep wanting to be just a 19yo girl with the hope of a bright future.. which in the end.. happens to be nothing special.. i ‘d just love to get married and be a housewife…I’d be ok with that I guess.. or maybe I’ll just be tired of that kind of life too…

JYJ IN BARCELONA

got so lazy that I was about to forget to write a fan account.. LOL

oh well not that I have that much to say but.. yeah this is one of the things JYJ fans must do to not forget XD

let’s start from the beginning~ not really a good one honestly lol

my flight was scheduled to leave at 9.25am but.. it was delayed of 40minutes.. when we started to line to go through the gate a strange guy stood next to us and started singing on his own and we were like “… I don’t think this is a karaoke room…” the creepiest part was when he started to stare at us smiling.. oh right I was with my friend.. anyway we felt really weird and guess what? when we boarded the plane he was sitting exactly next to me –.-

we finally landed in Barcelona at 12.45 and decided to get to the terminal 2 to meet my other friend who was coming from Milan.. her flight too was delayed.. In the end we got to our hotel at about 3.30pm and had lunch at 4.30pm.. LOL then we reached plaza Espanya to get on the bus going to Poble Espanyol because we needed to get a bracelet for the concert the next day. Well.. there were already people with tents for the concert O_o we were shocked..

after queuing till 8pm, we got back to the city and decided to go eat in the korean restaurant.. which we discovered was already completely reserved –_- we wandered a bit on the streets but at 10.30pm our stomach were so hungry we decided to go somewhere to eat. I really wanted to try something Spanish but.. korean food craving was calling us xD so we headed to the Hanin Restaurant where we ate too much xDD I had Japche while my friends got a whole menu consisting of mandu, salad, kimbap, and meat. Then the waitress asked us if we were in Barcelona for the Kpop concert and we nodded. She was astonished xD Lol AND there was a bottle of makkolli on the table xD I really wanted to try it ;; but in the end I went back to the restaurant and asked for a soju bottle~

the dialogue went like:

me:”soju?”

waiter:”네?”

me:”소주 있어요?”

waiter:”어 네 네 sfdkjgklfjlshseajfkslgjiutiauio”

me:”……”

the waiter goes to the fridge and takes out 2 kind of soju

waiter:”이건 좀 비싸요 이건 싸요”

me:”그리고.. 싸은 소주 주세요”

waiter runs away I was o_o but then the owner came back and sold it to us.. it was 15euros for 30ml… LOOOL and I didn’t like it at all xDDDDDDDDDD

went to sleep at about 1am and then the next morning we got up at 9 to queue for the concert.. well it got us 3 hours to get to the venue x”DDDD we got ready, left the hotel to grab breakfast at the closest starbucks, but then I remembered I had left my money at the hotel so after having breakfast and doing some sightseeing we went back to the hotel and finally reached Poble Espanyol and… we were about to cry because the line was already so long!

at the moment the never ending wait started xD I called another friend of mine to know where she was and she told me she was in line at the salon del manga and I was “…………..damn!” I was so focused on the concert that I had forgotten they were going there too T_T

all I did for the whole day was jogging up and down the hill, look at the goods, doze off… the time was going by really slowly… but we made friends with some chinese girls hehe 2 of them were studying in Italy so we started chatting xD

Finally at 8.30pm the gates were opened and step by step we got closer to the entrance~

the strange thing about the whole thing is that I didn’t got excited nor nervous for a single moment.. I’m used to being super nervous before something important but this time nothing happened.. uhm.. I got a bit excited when I heard in the afternoon Junsu rehearsing Fallen Leaves because his voice was so powerful and perfect.. anyway.. we ran in front of the stage but there were already a lot of people so I was on the 15th row I guess.. but… XD I’m kinda tall (179,5cm) so I could see really well anyway xD I’m sorry to the people behind me though T_T

we started chanting JYJ! JYJ! JYJ! and the cameraman started filming people on the crowd XD it was so funny XD then the lights went down and a video started playing on the screen and we started screaming like crazy xDDDD they showed In Heaven MV and I thought it was going to be the first song but nope lol

when they came out all in white I was “OH MY HOLY GOD” they were handsomely stunning!! As all of you know I’m a JJ biased so the fact I was standing exactly in front of him made me think whenever he was looking in front of himself he was looking at me LOL *lame*

The ment were… I LOVE THOSE GUYS X°DDDDD especially Yoochun was so funny XDD I’m so happy I could see these things with my own eyes XD at the beginning they introduced themselves

at this time I started looking at Junsu and as always he was focused trying to come up with a better sentence xD but in the end he just said “os queremos” xD and we went crazy ahahahah

junsu asked how many fanboys there were and I was also surprised by the number of people who put their hands up and screamed! I was so proud hehe

then JJ asked how many people weren’t from Spain and then YC said “me too” LOOL I thought you were Spanish xDDDDDDDDD

at one point they changed outfit, YC came out from the right side and after a couple seconds JJ followed him form the left side wearing just half of the jacket so we started chanting “take it off! Take it off!” I’m sure he did that on purpose LOL

oh and he also took off the jacket of the white outfit and after a bit also the tie XD live striptease xD

during falling leaves we showed the poster with “Grazie (고마워요)” and T_T Jaejoong started crying T_T

Also during the white ocean (which.. was more red than white xDDDD) they all cried T_T I was really happy they were happy too T_T

their live skills are… you need to hear them with your own ears because fancams, dvds, and cds don’t make them justice really… they’re just perfect and they sing with such a passion that you can’t not feel touched T_T

all I could think of when the concert ended was just “thank you thank you thank you really thank you T_T”

at the end when JJ said that was their last song we couldn’t believe it and started to say “no no nonononono” and then “안돼 안돼!!” but nothing could be done.. I was a bit sad because they didn’t sing NINE, you’re, boy’s letter and unamed song part 1 ): but yeah it was good anyway

IN HEAVEN. that song is.. was.. T________________T the beautiful thing ever T_______________________________T I loved it when we all sang it together it was magic T_T

the concert ended to fast… I… really hope next year or in 2 years or when it will happen, it will be longer.. T_T I’m just too thankful for the gift they made to us by coming here I really can’t find any word to thank them T_T

YOOCHUN: MUCH MORE SEXY.. he’s… really sexy

JUNSU: I kept thinking he wasn’t good looking at all, I saw him live and I completely changed my mind.. he IS handsome he’s probably not photogenic xD

when he danced.. you could feel his power and passion as when he was singing <3 the funny thing is that he spent more time with the dancers than with chunnie and JJ xD Junsu was in his world, Chunnie and JJ in theirs xDD

as for now, I have to recover from the cold I caught and get ready to leave for Berlin on Friday xDDDDDD can’t wait to listen to them once again<3333333

best way to spend all the money I don’t have but.. I can’t help it.. at least till the day mr Kim JaeJoong will decide to get married (and not to me) or till the day I’ll decide to get married.. and if both things were to happen at the same time, and with the other person.. well that would be my dream coming true but.. come on we all know that will never happen –.- *still having some faith till Barcelona and Berlin* *runs away*

in a hour I’ll go back to work because.. yes it’s Sunday but I work ._. it should be just for this week though.. and ok I know I need as much money as possible before leaving.. but.. i..also.. wanted to study ._. I’m doing NOTHING which is not a good thing as it’s –3 months to my first exam session… and I need good marks.. because… i.. want that beautiful thing called scholarship.. and to get it I have to study.. understood???? T_T sigh..

OH! another thing: it seems winter at the moment which.. might be normal but keep in mind there was 29°C last week and now.. 9..and.. trust me u feel the difference no matter what ._.

I love this emoticon ._. sorry I’ll keep using it a lot from now on till the day I’ll fall in love with another one.. XD

I went to a so-called fan meeting before the actual concert because they wanted to inform us about the schedule etc so I sat down on the first row on.. an…amusement ride… don’t ask me why I was there… and there they came AND WHERE DID THEY SEAT? EXACTLY BEHIND ME I WAS FKSKGKJSKJKLD but I was upset as JJ was sitting a bit further.. then I felt something touching my hair and.. it was yoochun caressing them I was like in heaven because I love when people touch my hair and then he started massaging my head with the shampoo.. in short he was washing my hair X°D but it was like awwwww and the important thing was that I spent the whole time thinking “why are you not jaejoong?” LOL I’m a faithful fan-woman-girl even in my dreams U_U and then nothing interesting happened.. or better I don’t remember XD

no one missed me yay! I know that ._. but I feel guilty not posting here sometimes.. there are too many places RN to post my stupid thoughts.. like I’m using twitter, facebook, me2day, cyworld, kktalk.. sometimes tumblr.. talking about what..

I don’t understand honestly this love for that kind of blogging.. ok you can freely and easily share what other people make but.. that’s not your blog is it? I started tumblring last year, but if you ever visit my page, u’ll see I never use it, or it happens but I just reblog a few post of people I follow and the thing stops there.. it has the same appeal as games to me: in 19 years and 8 months of life, I’ve never got fond of games.. oh well let’s say video games which is more accurate xD.. anyway.. for some reasons, I completely suck in that field and I find no interest in developing skills XD

what’s new: I’ve realized a couple of days ago that IN 22 DAYS I’LL BE AT THE CONCERT OF JYJ AND I’LL SEE LIVE FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER JAEJOONG THE MAN WHO CHANGED MY LIFE IFJDJK

ok.. now.. I keep wondering if that was the right choice because

I’ll be depressed the following year thinking about that day
I’ll be so nervous I won’t enjoy the concert
I have to line up for hours and maybe I’ll get a good spot
I won’t want to stalk him but then I’ll regret it
I’ll stalk him and then regret it
I’ll keep hoping for a lucky meeting which won’t happen because I’m blind (see stephane lambiel case )
I keep reading about polls of popularity he wins and reading interview, and watching clips and… ;_; I should go back to earth ;__; is there a chance to really be his destiny? I mean I look like those girls OHJUSTINBIEBERMARRYME ._. it just doesn’t make sense.. (and if you don’t know what I’m talking about, just search a bit for justin bieber on twitter or facebook and you’ll have a desire to stop being part of the human being) (though I guess the same thing happened with zack efron a couple of years ago… or maybe more than a couple.. omg I feel old)

Almost at the end of the first week at the university..!

Today I had English class… I think.. I’ll just sleep during that hour xD because it’s something I already know.. mas o meno lol

Anyway… I still have to realise I’ll see JJ live.. and.. yeah.. ok I have nothing interesting to say xD

I want to stop working and just spend my life studying and staying in front of my pc but I know that If I go back to that kind of life I’ll be again more and more lazy (and though I’ve changed a bit i am still really lazy.. and I don’t like this fact..) so I can’t stop..

First days at the uni were ok.. I’ll have to study LEOPARDI during italian literature (=_=) and yesterday I started history of China which.. I thought would just be boring but I was wrong *_* it looks quite interesting! just.. the book is.. scary…

anyway.. today… today had to be the BIG HUGE DAY as I was going to have my first Korean class and.. yes.. I was able to misunderstand the place I had to go DAMN –.-

I’m so pissed off and angry with myself.. T_T what’s more when I got home and started the rush to get those damn tickets.. it didn’t go as planned.. but whatever at least now I know I’ll see JJ live singing.. if I don’t die before that day x°DDDDDDD

Today is Saturday.. and exactly in 46hrs i’ll start my first class at the university T_T i can’t believe it T_T

oh well i’m more curious about the length of my excitement X°D anyway! i ‘m really really really exciteeeeddddddd!!! )) I’ll be finally studying what I love T_T LOL on Tuesday and Wednesday I went back to my old high school to sell my old books and I was having such a great time looking at all those poor ppl closed in that building MUAHAHAHAHAH

I’ll go on like this I guess for the whole year.. or maybe till my first exam LOL

As for work.. it’s.. killing me in every wayyyy oh well yesterday has been my last full-time day so… I hope working just on the evening will be lighter for me..

I’m gonna have just 1 class a day at 12.15-13.45 lol I can sleep till late [ok 10am.. of course if I have nothing to study.. which.. I don’t think it will happen…] and then have a break of a couple of hours bfr going to work ^^

ok i'm really really really really sorry i've abandoned this blog for so much time the thing is.. i'm lazy/had no pc/had a job.
Ok let's start from the beginning lol

I've graduated from high school YAY. After a beautiful 38/45 on the written exams, i.. just.. ok whatever -.- i was so disappointed you can't understand ^^"" in the end i got out with 77/100 which is not bad but.. it is for me =_= really under my normal standards [which you'll understand in next point] The thing that made me the happiest is having got 14/15 in the Italian essay! When my teacher told me my mark, i was "..are..you..serious..?" and then hearing him sayin to other people "it's been one of the best essay i've ever read.. i'd have never thought she could write such a thing" i wanted to cry there XDDDDD what gave me the biggest delusion: English, where i got just 13/15 just like.. people unable to use the English language -.- *hate* (you'll understand my frustration in next point) and finally the 3rd exam.. oh well lol i was a bit unlucky with the questions xDDDD but whatever lollol! the oral exams.. let's.. just don't talk about it -.- apart from "what? Korean language? that's stupid, at least if you wanted to study asian languages you could go for Chinese" .... hey man, who the hell are you to tell me what to do and what to study? If it wasn't clear, i had a little of hate for that gnome-like English teacher <___< he was always there trying to correct my pronunciation and then he was the first making mistakes.. -.- i mean COME ON =_= BUT YES I'M OUT THAT DAMN STUPID SCHOOL I'LL NEVER SEE THAT BUILDING ANYMORRRRRRRRR
I got my result of the FCE exams.. and... I GOT A *goes around the house dancing and jumping* Ok the story is a bit longer.. x°D as always i dare to say.. -.- well, after the oral exam, i went home and and threw away everything related to the school, and.. within those papers there was also the one with the login and password for my result.. the bad thing is that i realised it the day i had to check it on the website.. as always -.- i panicked, and searched in the website, sent an email to the general Italian office, and then read i had to ask the branch where i had registered.. So i got to Treviso, went to the Oxford School office to hear there i had to go to my school to get the other copy.. i called my english teacher and she assured she had given that copy to the secretariat of the school.. i was "ok let's calm down everything is gonna go on the right way.." oh well as i was feeling when you're talking about my school nothing can go well -.- and after 30 mins spent there i got an angry answer "I'VE THROWN THOSE PAPERS AWAY BECAUSE IT WAS JUST TAKING SPACE" -_- a sheet.. "AND COME ON THAT'S SOMETHING YOU SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE OF, WHY ARE YOU COMING HERE " bla bla bla.. -.- so i just called my teacher who was more angry than me (lol) and she told me to go to Venice where had taken the exams.. The good thing i didn't go and checked the email.. and there it was the answer from the head quarter <333333333333 i got compliments too <3333 i'm so proud of that mark because it shows my teacher i wasn't someone that bad as she thought <_< (and let's highlight the fact i had 8 in English and got A while people with 9 got B.. I'M SO PROUD OF MYSELF *boasting*) and it shows how i don't match with school U_____U
My..pc.. broke down T_T let's all pray together.. well it wasn't its fault.. because.. i spilled some water over it..but with my luck , it didn't came back to life.. so it's been 1 month i've been w/o a pc T_T
because of point 3, i was so desperate, i started looking for a job like crazy, and in the end i found one.. and i'm working!!!!!!!! oh well rightnow it's the week of holiday so i'm home xD but yeah i have a contract T_T and everyone is so caring and T_T i love everyone there! Oh right.. i work in a restaurant as waitress ^^ it was so tiring in the beginning but now i'm ok even though i work from 11am to 12am :)
because of point 4 MY DAD BOUGHT ME A CAR <3333333333333 because yeah he also has a job and couldnt drive me to and back from work everyday 4 times.. so i gained a car xD Just a stupid second hand FIAT PUNTO nothing special but it's my first car!! :))

Because of all of this i'm really happy at the moment ^^
What's more in a month i'll also start the university <3 i just cant wait <3333 hope i'll be able to work and study! I can do it U_u

tonight i had a really weird dream.. but i can't help to love it <3
well i was in Okinawa with my class to have a dinner together in a hotel, and so i started to get everything ready cooking the BBQ meat and preparing the food.. for some reason [that i can't remember] i found myself in the middle of a public sitting next no less than DB5K *____* i was there asking them what time they would have sung their song to get a table ready for them, whilst their manager was giving me a kill look like "who the hell are you to talk with DBSK".
it was about 11.30pm and they still had to perform, so i decided to head down and start preparing their table in case they were coming down.
I had promised my mom i would have been home before midnight, but when i thought there were DBSK there and especially JJ, i didn' care and told my mom i had to stay in the hotel that night [and i don't remember having booked a room neither having paid for it.. mistery lol].
I took a couple of table though my professors were complaining, and got everything ready but as there was no one after 20mins, as i was really tired i decided to go to bed [.-.]
the next morning i woke up at 6am and went down to check if they had eaten, but it looked like they had already left after their performance. a bit sad, i started to clean everything and after a bit one of my classmates joined me [as everyone else had already gone home -.-]
I then asked her if my friends had come to have dinner and she nodded and said they were happy with the food. i was *________* really?? and after a bit i heard someone entering the kitchen and who was there?? JAEJOONG and CHANGMIN!
"Hi! we thought you might need some help to clean up" i was *_____________*
so kind! Then we started to clean but after a bit their manager entered the room yelling at them because they weren't ready to leave yet. so they told him they would meet with him in the city and he left with junsu yunho e yoochun.
I started talking with both changmin e jaejoong and in the end i invited them at my place to thank them for their hard work with a meal.
"So did you like the food? i've read in many interviews that you love meat, that's why i prepared a BBQ"
JJ" oh well, i like it but i also really like vegetables!"
ste"oh good! and the pizza? how was it?"
JJ" thank you the place you recommended us was really good. Never had such a tasty pizza"
ste"oh well here in italy everywhere is like this. Abroad the taste is not the same! I'm sorry i didn't make you one, but i ran out of mozzarella so.."

we were then outside my house with a taxi in front of the gate. I was so sad i didn't want them to leave, but they had to.
So first i went to Changmin and i hugged him really tight [and i liked it lol] and then i kissed him °___°
i moved then to JJ and hugged him [and i liked it A LOT] but then when i had my lips on his min said "oh well what do you want man, she's taller than you"
and i was like =________________________________=
[i think i'll keep having this kind of dream till the day i'll see him in person and check his height..] and this made JJ to break away [kljfkldjkljfkla sorry min i hated you in that moment]. then Min teased JJ saying him i had kissed him for 40 secs [-.- i wanted to kiss JJ that long...].
So they left and it made me so sad. suddenly i remembered i was in need of money and so i went to the place where i was keeping in safe my savings.. in the middle of the square of my town.. =_= i also need a password in my wallet which had been changed that morning by JJ. while counting my money, i rose my eyes and met SHINee eyes °_° i was "wth why are they here?" so i started to try to talk with them but they were avoiding me -.- maybe because i kept asking them to have a concert in my town.. LOL
They left after a bit and then i met F(x) °_______°
For some reasons i was their friend, and they were sorry they had to leave that day so to apologize they began to teach me the coreography of their songs.. in the middle of the street.. with people staring at us because they didn't know they were famous.. i thought "oh well it would be like seeing a group of girls with Tiziano Ferro in the streets of Seoul" and then i woke up

Finally this day has come.. Tomorrow is meaning the end of my life as a high school student.. Rightnow i just can think about the holidays and the freedom i’ll have after this, but i’m sure i’ll start missing these days [not because of the studying… XD]: every morning waking up and meeting all my friends, to spend the whole morning with them doing stupid things.. now the only moment we’ll have to see each other will be just during parties

anyway.. oh gosh it’s already so late.. i’ve.. not been studying as i wanted these days TT

that’s mostly because the exams seemed too far away and i’m that kind of person who can do its best just on the last day/hour.. otherwise.. i just can’t focus! I’ve already seen the results: i’ve read the first book of english literature before having breakfast, and i could focus much better than the other days when i was trying my best to do it.. :/ Now i just hope i’ll be able to complete everything without mistakes.. ok that’s gonna be hard lol especially with physics and german but whatever xD i was able to do it during the year.. at least in german.. ok.. maybe german is worrying me more during the oral session.. physics always *dies*

Now.. it’s 8.30.. i’m going to study and.. wish me luck. and.. se you tomorrow after the 1st exam, or at the end of everything xD

i’m sure my reactions will be: disappointment, why didn’t i study more, i wish i could do them again to improve my scores.. and so on ^^””

… ok just the FCE exams XDDDD

but whatever as i think i’ve already written here, i just care of these exams x°DD

today when we finished the last part my friend said “and now we wait” and i’ve continued “till the 26th of July” her face “wtf? are u ok? we have the final exams next week” “…. OH DAMN U’R RIGHT”

just to show how interested i am LOL

I’ve also done the blood and i’m fully healthy yeeeee!!!! now i just have to go on a diet.. yes… I’ll do it.. i' promise.. i also promise i’ll start studying… ~~lies~~

Today i woke up early and got on the car early (7am.. shock xD) to get to Mestre [because my mom was going to visit my grandma] and.. when i got there first thing i saw was 맛있어 먹다 and my reaction went like “… mom.. what the hell is that…? are my eyes teasing me?” “oh nope it’s owned by korean people… oh so that’s korean not chinese?” err.. nope..

Then i got on a bus to get to Venice, and went to meet my friend to then reach the liceo Foscarini, school where the exams took place. Well.. do not trust google maps –.- we got lost and thank you god i always ask people for directions =_=

we arrived just in time and we started the exam: reading [it was easier than the one i had done during the mock exams], writing [i think i kinda suck.. because.. i hate the thing you have to stay in 120-150 or 120-180 words..i don’t know what words to count and what not! D: what’s more when i start writing.. i can’t stop myself.. yayayaya], use of English [.. ok this was difficult.. i misunderstood a couple of things.. i hate “rather” –.- and also missing words.. it is so logical sometimes that i don’t get it.. nevermind] then we got 1.30h of break to have lunch.

well, in the morning i just had drunk some milk, so i was dying and wondering how i could survive such tests without any sugar in my blood.. xD we decided to head to the Mc Donald’s, found a place to sit and then lined up on the queue.. i needed the whole time to decide something i always choose lol.. never give me more than 1 option it will take me ages to select something xD

When i paid, i turned around and behind me there was a group of korean girls i was inside me “oh so beautifull!” but then noticed they were staring at me.. i hadn’t understood why at first but then realized it was because of my tshirt.. “JYJ The Beginning”

UPS!! i had covered it the whole day and hadn’t though to meet korean people on the mc Donald’s! And yet there were like 4 groups of Korean.. *dies*

Hope they didn’t think strange of me LOL.. hope *they had i’m sure*

OH NO WAIT! on sunday i’ve driven alone for the first time in my life! i’m so proud of myself xDD though i don’t know if i passed with the red light in a cross but.. i hope not kekekekekekekekekekekeke i’m a bit of a danger X°D but maybe that’s because i was too into KEEP YOUR HEAD DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWN lol that was the soundtrack of my first drive alone xD

Today.. well.. since yesterday.. since the end of the year it’s been a bit crazy! Deb left for Paris on Wednesday, and i’ve been in touch with her all the time.. I’m so envious T_____T She saw landing SuJu and Victoria at, and then today when she phoned me, she told me she was stuck in the traffic and in front of her car there was the coach with SNSD and SuJu, the bus with Shinee and the car with HoMin… T_T now she’s enjoying the SMTOWN in Paris sigh.. she’ll probably have already seen her ~~husband~~

*so envious* T_T i was trying to follow the tweets and the official facebook pages, but i also have to go on with the preparations for the final exams so..

Well, this night i haven’t sleep much, as i stayed up till late to hear the fan account of Deb, and then i woke up many times during the night, so when my alarm clock started ringing at 6am i wanted to stay in bed.. but i couldn’t as i was having the first part of the FCE exam today., Well, the day was kinda wrong, as when i got to the train station, the train had 10 mins of delay. When i got up, my friend texted me she was going to be late because she had forgotten the papers for the exam, so when i got to Venice i just killed the time wandering around the station. We then bean following the directions, and found finally the school which was in a little calle, hidden between houses over a stair.. =_= got there at about 9.30 and my turn came at abt 10.20.. i was about to die and.. i think it has been a problem for the exam to.. first i wasn’t able to speak anymore in a correct English [ok maybe i have that problem, that’s not my mother tongue, but i’m talking about really stupid mistakes] and while i was speaking i was thinking “what the hell are you saying??” i’m worried i’ve mistaken one question.. damn.. T_T furthermore i really couldn’t remind words! i was so lost! the man observing us kept writing on a sheet while it was my turn to talk.. sigh.. i have the feeling i didn’t do well, though my partner kept saying i never stopped talking and i was really fluent though i made one or two mistakes but nothing really bad.. I really hope he’s right T____T I consider this exam much more important the the ones i’ll be having for school because.. well, English is my pride, i love it and i want to be the best in it.. which is not happening… Nevermind.. [but today i got my little win because i linked my friend a video filmed by a canadian couple and she was “I can’t understand ANYTHING that’s not English” while i was O_o what’s so difficult? and she got 9 in English, so maybe what i was thinking [school here is unfair] is right.. life is not just school, is it?

So yeah, i’ve ended the first part of the first exam.. second part is on Tuesday, whereas on Monday i’ll do the blood test because i might have some health problems.. dunno.. then the following weeks my final exams will start.. wanna laugh? i still have to start studying –.- my class mates where in panic today because they hadn’t already finished reviewing everything.. i was.. errr.. i still have to start.. is it a problem?

i went to school on the afternoon to check my marks, and when i got there i discovered marks would be shown at 6.30pm and it was something like 4.45pm? –.- i was so angry but had just to wait there and then run like never before to get to the train station to take the train, finding on the contrary a “cancelled” on the display. TRENITALIA MY HATE FOR YOU IS GROWING.

Now i’m trying to going on with the term paper, but.. it seems there’s something against it lol

to my first FCE exam..

and… I'm desperate… why? because i feel like i’m a failure.. oh wait i’ve already said that.. XD but it’s true –.- Today i’ve stayed home to do what? study and finish my stupid presentation of japanese gardens [yeah i think i’ll just fail because.. there’s nothing interesting in what i’m doing… T_T the only people who could have been interested are not part of the delegation of professors who will judge me.. SIGH] and what have i done so far? Ended the channel page on viki for The greatest love, subbed 2 parts, and watched again Playful kiss.. i’m just hopeless indeed.. rightnow it’s 4pm and i’ve done NOTHING so far.. =_= my exam is in 14 days.. i wonder if i’ll change attitude next year when i’ll go to the university or what.. because if i don’t i think i’m really ill..

2 days ago happened something i’d never thought could happen to me… a guy had kept asking me to go out with him but as i don’t know him and i neither have feelings for him, i’d never answered his messages.. then i just got sick of it and decided to go out with him and tell him face to face i had no interest in him.

The only things i was able to obtain was a ice cream –.- he kept asking and asking to get a yes, but i kept answering "NO I’M SORRY” but he hasn’t accepted it –.- he tried to kiss me twice i was like “mmh.. yes.. i won’t show any reaction if you want to kiss a pole, go on!” so at the end he gave up that thing xD

I mean.. when you confess, it doesn’t mean you have to get no matter what a positive reaction. if i say no, it’s no! i’m not saying it because i’m shy or what

someone please tell me to go back to what i should be doing all day: STUDYING.

Today i got to know part of the score i’ve already achieved out of 100: 17.. which is not bad but… some of my class mates have something like 20-23 points.. so.. it’s a big difference.. Also because i’m not sure how well i’ll do in the first part [italian essay] … I’ve never got a satisfying mark, so i’m used to thinking i just can’t write and i’m stupid.. and as i’ll have my prof also during the exams, i don’t have basis of comparison with another professor.. –.-

Second part: essay in a foreign language. first choice of Stefy: ENGLISH. unless there’s something impossible to do, i’ll just choose this subject because if i do well, i can get 15 points.. but i don’t think that will happen so –.-

3rd part: questions about 4 different subject, which are in my case Spanish, German, Physics or Math, History or Philosophy… i don’t know how well i’ll be able to do it.. because.. i jsut can’t write in German, and i have an open fight with Physics.. –.- let’s hope for the best.. also here i get 15 [like in the 1st and 2nd part]

4th part: oral one.. worst one.. most difficult one.. at least for me.. my mind goes blank when i’m facing a professor dunno why.. and i’m not enough self confident to think “what i’m doing is right” . I’ll also have to start with my personal topic: japanese gardens.. i’m sure no one will care about it and in the end i’ll just get the minimum of points.. max: 30 points.

The best final score. 100

Forecast of my score: 70.. and i don’t like it.. i was aiming at at least 80.. but that’s going to be hard.. if i’m able to get 10+13+11+25.. ok impossible i just give up i’m a failure YEAHHHHHHHHH

ANYWAY… I’M AT THE END OF MY HIGH SCHOOL LIFE! i just can’t believe it T__T

I’m so happy really T___T school will end next week ^^

Though rightnow i have to study everything for the final exams ^^””” I’m reading the books for my final essay, but the problem i’m facing rightnow is that i’ll have 10-15 minutes to talk, and my essay is like.. never ending! D: well i still have to write it, but all the ideas i have to demonstrate would take much more time :/

My idea is “Japanese gardens as Land Art” : my goal is to show the likeness of japanese gardens to land art, though i’m also going to compare japanese gardens with western ones ^^

The fact is that i’m attending an high school focused on foreign language, so it’s kinda out of theme what i’m going to do lol..! but whatever i’m bought these books, i don’t wanna change my mind, also because i have no time to do that :/

On the 10th and 14th i’ll also have my FCE exams :/ i’m a bit worried because lately i haven’t got good results in the mock exams.. hope everything will go smoothly! :/ cheer for me! ^^

What else.. I just can’t wait for July to come.. everything will have ended in less than 2 months T_T i can’t believe it T_T finally there will be an end to this torture T__T

I just hope the atmosphere at the university will be different.. not because the one in my class was that bad ^^ just..i need a change! And a change for the best :)

My goal is to improve my korean [which is kinda weak..] and start again with japanese, as i couldn’t keep studying it going to school at the same time >__<

I’m as poor as ever, and no one’s willing to hire me.. *sigh* i need money TT have to buy so many things: mp3 player, new notebook as this one is going to die soon, i’d also like to change my mobile phone as i can’t do many things w/ it..i wanna buy some CDs TT .. and finally i also wanna travel more.. i’m in love with travelling, and i’m so happy i had so many chances during this year! i want more! kekekekekekekekekeke!

Oh.. my professors disappointed me.. D: .. but i’ve decided i’ll just live with it ^^””” i can’t force people to have a good impression of me, can I? =)

I know few things are good about me hehe.. so maybe they’re right i don’t know.. just.. if you had to be right, why can’t you be like that to everyone? ): am i that bad? dunno..

As u can see, i’m trying to keep positive xDDD and! i’ve also started to go to the gym! don’t remember if i’ve already written it xDD the only problem is that i’m not a regular person hahahahah! i tend to neglect it as the diet i should try to follow =P as i’ve said, i’m trying to change! and lately it is going well ^^

The only thing that now is worrying me is –except for the fact i’ll have to do an exam- i’ll have my bad-luck-period during those final exams.. :/ i think i’d lose that little self confidence i still have…!

still in fear of oral tests.. i wonder why.. :/ maybe because of my low self confidence, i just panic when i have to speak in front of someone else, scared by a possible mistake i might make.. silly but.. ie monday i had to be asked in English literature, nothing difficult, just Joyce and Ulysses, but for some reasons, when i tried to speak, words just weren’t coming out..

I was given another chance tomorrow, but i don’t know how well i’ll do.. what scares me the most is that the last part of my finals exams is oral.. i don’t really mind the written part because i don’t have to directly face my professors, while on the oral part.. i think i’ll just suck.. TT

I have to find a way to overcome it.. absolutely..

D: like i shouldnt be here writing stupid posts in my blog and just study… but i guess i’ll just do it tomorrow morning –.- i’m hopeless……!!!

I was asked to go in a trip to London after the exams.. D: it would be so nice but.. i’m pennyless and i mean it.. i neither have enough money to buy the 3hree voices II DVD –.- i’ve ordered it.. hope i’ll find those 20€ somehow.. –.- So.. i really have to gather my courage and ask directly someone to hire me TT

Yep!!

Finally i had the chance to go to Paris! It’s been one of the most beautiful trip i’ve done so far [but maybe that’s because i organized it as i wished and i were with lovely ppl <3]

The day of the departure i had to stay at school till 5pm, but as i had been sick the previous days, i was worried i was going to be sick during the trip too, so i decided to go to the doctor to know what i had.

In the end nothing serious, i was already healing on my own luckily! I was home at about midday, so i had plenty of time to get my luggage and myself ready xD the result was… i got to Mestre TOO early –.-

I spent 1.30hrs waiting for my friends in a bar, eating a never ending ice cream.

Finally we left by train, and had to sleep in a little section of the train, but after the initial shock

we just went to sleep xD

I just know i kept waking me up for the whole time because i was scared to fall down [my bed was close to the ceiling] and because of the dust. [have got an allergy]

But finally the next morning we got to Paris! I was just too excited, so when we passed by the Eiffel Tower by metro i was a little disappointed because it didn’t look that great. It was just an impression though xD

At about 11cm we reached our camping place and i was fascinated by the fact we were in the middle of a HUGE park with a beautiful sight! We could also see the Seine from our bungalow!

What surprised us was to find a very hot weather.. not really hot, but we weren’t prepared at all!

We spent the first afternoon of our staying to visit some monuments, first of which the Louvre because.. we had to have lunch as we were craving xD

We just admired it from the outside, and then we went to our next destination: of course the Eiffel Tower! And when i saw it from Trocadero, i couldn’t help but open my mouth astonished.

The view was just so beautiful! Now i understand the charm of the tower ^^

we then walked to Les Invalides, but we couldn’t go in because it was past 5 and the museum closed. The outside was anyway impressive.

Next stop was the Alexandre III bridge.. it was so hot and we were so tired, that we started to will to go back to the camping.

Nevetheless I was so anxious of not being able to see everything before going back home, that i dragged my friend around and about again so we also visited Place de la Concorde

After this we had to go back to the bungalow to buy the groceries and make our dinner.

On the evening we just went to bed exhausted.

DAY 2

We woke up at 7 and got ready by 8.15 to go to Versailles.

On the way, my beautiful camera decided to break and to not work anymore –.- yay

So i could just take picture with my mobile phone

The long queue we had to do and the gardens have been the things that impressed me the most <3

We wanted to rent a car to visit them, but we had to be over 24yo to drive it ): so unfair

I was so proud of being able to understand what they were saying *dies* though they didn’t pay attention to my answers in Japanese –.- whatever..

We then had lunch, and went back to Paris to visit Sacre Coeur, Notre Dame, Centre Pompidou, Moulin Rouge, Montmartre

DAY 3

Almost dead, we woke up again at the same hour and went to the Louvre.

It was just huge, but the emotion of seeing the paintings and sculpture i had been studying was bigger than it! So i started visiting it on my own because when i’m with others i can’t focus and i just chat.

It was really full of tourists from all over the world, and after an hour i understood why i was told one day wasn’t enough to visit it. It had 4 floors, which are long, long, really long… And when i was admiring Flemish Arts, a voice started to say “We ask our visitors to leave the building through the nearest emergency exit” I was O____o

But when i got out i found out that it was just a control because they had found something suspect.. Lol i couldn’t end my visit in that part xD

After the Louvre [and starbucks <3], we went to Pont Neuf, because.. it was the only name i could remember from the DVD Bonjour Paris.. LOL.. i was so excited knowing i was in a place were JJ had been.. till the moment i came home watching again the DVD and noticing that i was so high in the other side of the bridge –.- damn

[good excuse to go back to Paris]

[and.. i was so excited without caring about the man with his daughter next to us because “whatever they’re not italian they' can’t understand what i’m saying” .. they were italian –.-]

After that i had to look for a medal for my mom that was of a Saint i don’t know which, from a for me unknown church and it took us a bit to finally find it.

We then went back to the Tour Eiffel to go to the Japanese foundation to look for a book for my friend but couldn’t find it. Next stop was China Town, but all we could find opened was a supermarket where i bought some Korean snacks that i LOVE [and have already finished ;_;]

We also admired the Opera from the outside [i wanted to go in ;_;] and then went back to our bungalow tired to death.

DAY 4

Last full day in Paris, we went in the morning to Musée d’Orsay, where you couldn’t take pictures, but where i loved more Van Gogh: as a matter of fact while some paintings are far more better in books, the paintings of Van Gogh are lively live, with a bright vibe in his colors.. just stunning..!

After that we had lunch in Montmartre, went in the Moulin Rouge [just 150€ for a dinner.. CHEAP!], look for a shop and then go back to Chinatown, where i wanted to die in the shops! First i saw Hello Kitty, then DBSK, then JJ, then food, then pens, then tshirts, then notebooks.. i wanted to die!!!! I bought 2 cute pens <3 I’d been looking for a pen with a thin point but here in italy are no where <3 So yeah i was so happy! Then in the next shop i wanted to really die as there were ALL the dramas i loved [and couldn’t afford TT] and they were also playing music i knew! i mean T__T i wanted to cry there and live there forever! The owners were so kind to us! [also because my friends spent so much money ahah! xD] I bought “Kim Jun Su Musical Concert” and i’m so happy to have done it [though it was more expensive than on YA] because it’s worth it!! it’s really beautiful!

In the evening we went to a REAL KOREAN RESTAURANT I’M STILL FULL AT THE THOUGHT AND SO HAPPY!!!!! everything was SO good!!!! awwwwwwwwww!!!

DAY 5

It was the day of our train back home, and though i was a bit sad, i was also really happy because i had spent 4 beautiful days visiting all i wanted to visit [except some things..]

We cleaned the bungalow, packed the luggage and went to La Defense.. where we spent the whole day in a shopping mall shopping, trying clothes and trying to not fall asleep lol. At 5pm we went back to the camping, got our bags and then took the train at 8.

BEAUTIFUL TRIP!

Now it’s a shock going back to school.. i didn’t miss my books at all –.-

What i’ve been doing so far.. First, i had my bday party with some friends of mine, and i spent a really enjoying evening! ^^

Then.. I went to Berlin with my class! For my last class trip.. which.. said like this is kinda sad.. but.. it also means i won’t have to suffer in a high school any moreeee yeeee! the only problem is that i really don’t know what to do after this.. good.

I really liked that city because it’s cosmopolitan and the prensence of both past present of future was really amazing. Furthermore i love big cities with good public transportations so it’s now one of the city where i’d like to go back ^^

Here i bought my new wallet <3 loving it!

Had Korean after walking for like 1km XD it was so spicy i thought i was going to die lol but in the end i managed to end all of it xD

Courts Dismisses All SM Injunctions and "Legally Guarantee JYJ's Independent Activites"

The Seoul District Courts has dismissed all formal objections against JYJ's injunction as well as the exclusive contract suspension injunction filed by SM Entertainment against JYJ's Kim Jaejoong, Kim Junsu and Park Yoochun.
On the 17th, the Courts made it known that they have dismissed all claims filed by SM Entertainment, which is the agency's formal objection against JYJ's injunction as well as its exclusive contract suspension injunction.
This means that the Courts have emphasized their decision that the contract signed between the members of JYJ and SM is invalid and that the members' independent activities are guaranteed. They have also publicized that SM Entertainment cannot interfere with JYJ's activities in the entertainment activities on the claim that their contract with the agency is still valid.
The Courts laid down the verdict that SM Entertainment's formal objection is invalid on the premise that ▲the exclusive contract in question can be categorized as a submissive contract as it does not give the celebrity the freedom of choice and instead forces him to follow the orders of the entertainment agency, ▲the members of JYJ could do nothing but follow SM's orders as they were placed in an inadequate position compared to SM in terms of bargaining power, ▲the exclusive contract's extreme long-term subordinate nature cannot be justified by pretexts including the decrease of investment risks and ensuring a stable entrance into foreign markets, ▲other than the long-term nature of this exclusive contract, clauses including that which gives SM Entertainment direct superintendency over JYJ's every move as well as that which calls for excessive compensation for a breach of contract strengthen the submissive nature of this contract and place the members of JYJ in an unilaterally disadvantageous position.
Regarding the injunction filed by SM to suspend the exclusive contract signed between the members of JYJ and C-JeS Entertainment, the Courts dismissed the injunction on the grounds that, ▲as long as the verdict made on October, 2009, which includes the decision that SM must not interfere with JYJ's independent activities in the entertainment industry, is valid, SM's request to suspend the validity of the business commission contract signed between the members of JYJ and C-JeS Entertainment is not allowed as it goes completely against the previously stated verdict, ▲and stressed that SM cannot exert the direct superintendency, given to them by their exclusive contract, over JYJ's activities in the entertainment industry as of now.

OK I KNOW i shouldn’t be proud of those marks, but.. lol honestly i’ve not study that hard xD i’m trying to improve those numbers next term.. also because i’m having the final exams –.-

talking about it.. in 20 years, our dear minister of instruction has decided to choose as “external subjects” [which means that there will be professors of other schools coming to my exam and evaluating me without knowing me. In an Italian graduation there are 3 internal professors, 3 external and a president, who usually is external of course] the languages i study… =_= i was a bit shocked at first [GERMAN I MEAN GERMAN], but then i understood it’s better for me.. i’ve been making my language teachers hating me in these past years, and it wouldn’t have been a good thing to have them judging me at the end x°DDD [well maybe yes.. i don’t know]

I have another problem rightnow… Italian.. i’ve thought my professor would make it easy for me, but i’ve started hating his behaviour towards me.. he’s always trying to upset me in everyway, and i understand you’re bored, but you could stop that thing.. we have different opinions, live with it! damn.. –.-

furthermore i don’t know what to do for my thesis.. =_= “use your interests” “yeah my interest is Kim Jaejoong, how can i talk about him?” –.-

my passions are: languages, japan, korea, music, cooking, movies.. these things arent’ linked to what I study [except for languages but.. i don’t know how to develop it as a thesis..]

Oh! next month i’m going to Berlin! ^____^ from 14th to 19th.. 2 days of bus.. =___= just try to see how many km there are between Venice and Berlin and you’ll understand my desperation.. but whatever at least i’m travelling xDDD

I still have to find the money for Paris.. gossh T___T i need to find them ASAP or i’ll be in trouble..

i don’t know why but whenever i dream about JJ it’s in a weird background x°D

Last week i dreamt that i was with my family in a festival of my town, and there where DBSK having a concert there, so i went there with them to enjoy it. the fact is i don’t remember anything about it because i didn’t really care, anyway at the end, as usual they came out to give things to fans [usually balls with their signature on it].. they were wearing a Tshirt, and boxers.. O_O

i was in the middle of a row, and i was just looking at JaeJoong, thinking how lucky fans next to him were, but then he turned and saw me staring at him, so he took a cherry tomato from the box and asked me if i wanted it.

my answer was obviously yes, and i ate a cherry tomato given to me by a half naked JJ..

i had another one but i can’t remember now..

Micky Yoochun, Xiah Junsu and YoungWoong Jaejoong. Three guys who are now called JYJ, not TVXQ. They are currently healing from the 'heartbreak' from their legal dispute and past ordeals. As many can see, they are going at full power on their activities. However, the fans who are watching over them have conflicting feelings. It is more so as U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin, who are left in the team, have decided to make a comeback as TVXQ next January. On the afternoon of the 15th, the chilliest day of the year, we asked the three members, who visited the editorial office hidden in thick coats, questions that fans have been wanting to ask. We picked the three questions that reporters have been most curious about, which may cause them to be the most uncomfortable questions for the three members to answer. Though we worried at first that they might have sensitive reactions to our questions, the members stated that they were finally able to speak of the emotions they had been containing for so long and their words seemed to cry out in relief as they could finally 'blow off some steam'.

1. Do you stay in contact with the two other members? (No)

-It feels like the communication satellite has been blocked. They've probably changed their phone numbers by now

"I tried calling them a couple of times. There were even times when the call went through. But suddenly, it stopped working." (Jaejoong)

Our question and answer session began immediately with an awkward question. These five guys have been living under the same roof and nurturing their dreams together. But as they each chose the road they wished to take, the situation became tangled. The wall of reality that is blocking is them is as high as it can be. We first asked them if they have been keeping in contact with U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin, who have announced their comeback as TVXQ next January. This is something that fans have been most curious about.

A few words continued back and forth after this. While we were at it, we decided to ask them how they felt when they learned of Yunho and Changmin's comeback. The members, who had been wearing bitter expressions till then, finally erased this expression from their faces. Our prediction that they would show subtle feelings of disapproval was completely wrong.

"Of course we're supporting them. We hope that they perform in a manner that is fitting to the name TVXQ." (Junsu)

The two other members, Micky Yoochun and YoungWoong Jaejoong, began to nod. The three members confessed that Yunho and Changmin frequently appeared in their dreams.

"When we were caught up in the happening (lawsuit), we were at a point where we couldn't talk about things with other people. Those days were so frustrating. Back then, our two friends frequently appeared in our dreams. There were times when they would appear in the dreams of all three of us at once." (Jaejoong) "During the afterparty of the showcase, we all hugged each other and cried our eyes out. I think we did that because we felt so frustrated and stuffy." (Junsu)

At their position on top, they have each chosen their separate roads. But their friendship has not changed. We wondered what effect the recent news of H.O.T's reunion had on the members. At our cautious question asking if we would be able to see the five members on one stage in the future, they gave us their answer as if it was obvious.

"We're keeping the possibility open. If it can be done..." (Junsu) "Just because we're keeping the possibility open, doesn't mean it will definitely happen, but our support for them will never change. But I feel it will take a long time for such a thing to happen." (Yoochun)

2. Breaking away, do you regret it? (No)

-Though it wasn't easy standing alone, we're thankful that we're able to stand on stage

"Everything feels more desperate these days. But we don't regret our decision." (Junsu)

Last year, JYJ left SM Entertainment, one of Korea's leading agencies. It is like the New York Yankees of the Major League or Manchester United of the Premier League. SM has an orderly system for its singers and does not hesitate in supporting its singers. It is an agency that any singer would clamor to work under. Therefore, the members admitted that the process of standing alone wasn't an easy one.

"We are so thankful even to be able to release and album and stand on stage. We were able to reflect on ourselves a lot." (Jaejoong) "It was something we had taken into consideration and anticipated. We had to start fresh and rebuild everything." (Junsu) "Even the parts that are supposed to be easy were difficult for us." (Jaejoong)

When asked to elaborate, this was their answer, "There was a natural disaster. We invested 900 million Won to make the stadium into a dome, and were the first people to do so in the world, but never did we think there would be hail... It's not that we feel it was a waste of money, we were just disappointed that we wouldn't be able to perform with such facilities." (Jaejoong)

The members' gazes deepened and their expressions became resolute with determination. Junsu opened his mouth to say, "If we had ten choices open to us in the past, now we have 2 or 3. Things have changed as what once only took 1 or 2 tries to open, now take at least 10 times to attain the same things."

3. Why aren't you holding domestic activities? (...)

-Broadcasting companies are ignoring us as our lawsuit is not yet over. It's not that we aren't, it's that we can't.

"Even the fans know very well that it's not that we're choosing not to hold activities domestically. It feels weird when people ask us why we're taking a break for so long when we're so busy with various activities." (Yoochun)

JYJ released their worldwide album in October. They also held showcases in seven cities across Asia and North America. They met with around 70,000 fans on November 27th and 28th during their concert. But some have pointed out that JYJ's activities seem to be leaning towards those held overseas. The disappointment of domestic fans is quite large too. But the members stressed that it isn't that they choosing not to perform in Korea, it's that they can't.

"No matter how popular we are overseas, we are still Korean singers. It feels strange and odd that we can't perform in Korea with the album that we released. It's not that we're staying away from domestic activities. Everything feels like it's being bottled up. I hope it gets better soon." (Junsu)

Broadcasting companies have been ignoring them as their legal dispute has not ended yet. The only instance where JYJ have been given a chance to perform is their upcoming performance at the '2010 KBS Drama Acting Awards' on the 31st that pulled through due to Micky Yoochun's appearance on KBS 2TV's 'Sungkyunkwan Scandal'

Even the fans are feeling a thirst for domestic activities. Threads of various music programs have been and still are being flooded by requests for JYJ's appearance. The fans' solidarity has become stronger.

With the second court hearings having taken a place not too long ago, the result of JYJ's lawsuit against SM Entertainment is still unknown.

After debuting in 2003 in Korea and becoming the most successful Korean boy band in recent years, they then marched towards Japan in 2005. In Japan, they became the most successful Korean artist to ever enter the market, having eight #1 singles on the Oricon chart (record is unsurpassed). The group then ended their activities and went on hiatus on April 3, 2010 after releasing their final Japanese single, "With All My Heart", and final Japanese album, "Best Selection 2010".

After a 2 year 3 month hiatus, members Yunho and Changmin will be returning to the music scene as TVXQ and releasing an album on January 5th, and Japanese single on January 26th. They have already released an OST for the drama "Athena".

What is JYJ's reaction to Yunho and Changmin's comeback?

In a recent interview with Money Today Star News, JYJ expressed their disappointment that TVXQ must promote as two separate teams. As frustrating as that may be, the trio expressed that they would like to see each other to do well.

Yoochun commented, "It's not important who gets to use the name TVXQ right now. We three were and still are TVXQ, all five are members of TVXQ."

Junsu then added, "It is complicated and disappointing but we must continue on with our activities without shame, even though there is a wall between us."

Then Star News asked the question many fans have been wanting to voice, "Is there any possibility for the members of TVXQ to come back together?"

The members relpied, "We are always open to the possibility. If it was a problem we could solve among ourselves, we would solve it right away."

Lastly, Jaejoong added, "Even though it is disappointing with the current situation. We would like to welcome the activities of the two members. When the five of us are together, we bring out the best of TVXQ and it gives us great pride that we are part of the group that is worthy of that name. If you are true to the name TVXQ, please buy their album."

i can’t hide i’m relived it has almost come to and end xD

though i’ve already spent all the money i earned, and i’m already in debt once again.. sigh.. when i come back from Milan, i’m going to find a regular part time job, because i want to pay back my dad off all the money he gave me.. T_T and i also have to pay me the trip to paris.. and save for the university..and i want to be able to buy things for my friends and myself with my own money.. i’m kinda tired of these days of working, but i’m also really proud to be able to earn something..! i want to be independent! though i’ve also understood once more i’ll have to pay a much bigger attention to my money as they tend to disappear -.- like the money i got from my grandma last week.. they disappeared! *sighs*

what else.. oh! it snowed yesterday! and quite a lot!! i would post the images, but i’ve finished the free space –.- i’m thinking about buying more gigas.. let’s see.. ~~this is unfair anyway.. why do i have to pay? –.-~~

Next week is going to be my last week of school in 2010!! i’ll have a physics class test and a spanish oral test on monday, history of art class test on tuesday, italian essay on Wednesday, and Maths class test on Thursday.. i’m going to die :/ oh and on Tuesday i’m starting the course for the FCI *___*

i’m already tired just at the thought lol

i wanted to study a bit, but.. i’ll just go to sleep .. XD tomorrow last day of work.. i can’t believe i can use the word “last” xDDDD i won’t eat chocolate for at least 2 weeks xD

another weird dream

i dont know why i can’t have normal dreams X°D

anyway, it was Sunday, and when i got up i saw my dad packing his luggage so i asked him if he was going somewhere and he answered me that day he had to film the m/v.

I was O____O because i forgot he was casted to be part of the filming of a korean MV so i tried to persuade him to take me with him, but he kept saying i had school and i had to study.

i was so angry, and when i looked at the sky it was scary. i got the news there would be a tsunami [???] so when i looked at my terrace, i saw a fish trying to breath. it was a shock because i didn’t notice the water, and when i was trying to find a bucket to keep it alive, this fish stood up on 4 feet and jumped down the terrace O_o

after that, i was in the mountains, at the location of the filming, and i was trying to understand who i knew of the ppl there: there were some actors, and some of the Super Junior too, and when i was told that there was a chance for JaeJoong to appear, i started to get excited.

i made friend with Joo Won, and after a bit of talking, [half in korean half in english xD] i was forced to take part to a game, which i lost, got drunk, and swim in a pool.

after this everything is not clear.. like, the staff wanted to pair me with a boy with a red tshirt that’s why they made me loose? dunno

i just know i woke up before JaeJoong could appear –.-

Now.. i have to get ready for work.. T____________T i really don’t wanna go T_______T

at then end of today i’ll have completed 4 days out of 6.. just 2 days left.. i know but.. it’s painful.. T___T because i get bored alone..

dunno.. on Tuesday and Wednesday my parents will meet my prof.. even though i’m 18.. i really don’t get why they should go :/ ~~just to hear that i should work more for scholl –.- oh yeah of course~~

up till now, my huge problem is German, while i’m not completely sufficient in Latin and Physics.. but it’s a really good situation! because last year i had far more problems xD

I’m not the best in any subject [or.. maybe.. P.E.? What's worse than those extremely obsessive fans is those taxis that carry foreign fans and take a lot of money from them. They don't care what they are doing even thought it's stalking and illegal because they think their life is already messed up.

I think Taxi that carries fans to star is the worst one. Even we are not there they say they've found us because of the money they earn. They look for celebrities with an empty cab and tell fans where we are and i think it's evil. If your kids and family is doing that... what will you do then.. Many people suffer from invasion of privacy...
7년동안 일이바쁜날엔 하루에 친구,지인,가족을 만날수있었던 시간은 많지않았다..하지만 평균 하루 그무리들때문에 2,3시간을 도로에서 시간을 허비하던가 만나지못했으니까 . 그건 애정이아닌거라고 생각해요.너무나 보고싶은 마음은 이해해..나도 그랬으니까.
For 7 years I didn't have enough time to meet my family, friends and someone I've known.... However I had to waste 2~3 hours average on a road everyday because of those obsessive fans. I don't think it's love. I understand how much you want to see me.. I've been there.

yes i’m back from my first weekend of working..XD

i was SO nervous Saturday morning! But in the end everything went smoothly ^^ the first day has been the hardest, as i wasn’t used to standing for such a long time [student’s life xD always sat down xD] but yesterday was much better!

I also enjoyed my time ^^ and i' had to stay outside the whole time lol but everyone was so kind with me! <3

i’m determined now to lose weight U___U

after 2… 18 years of “what should i do in my life?” T_____T, after 5 years of hate for this school, after 3 years of meeting with the Asian languages, after 4 years of understanding my love for cuisine, after all of this.. i’ve finally found something çOç

Now i have some months to decide whether:

attend University Korean studies, get my degree after 3 years, then continue my studies in Korea for 2 or 3 years, and attend a course of 7 months for patisserie; then move in a patisserie in Korea or see what can i do
attend the evening course of the high school focused on cuisine for 3 years, get my license, and then follow a course of 10 months of cuisine and move to Korea
attend University, in the evening go to high school, and then attend or patisserie or cuisine

On this day,

It is snowing, the first snowfall of the season.

In Korea, there's a saying that you will meet your first love on the day it first snows

My first love, I have finally met you, even though there were only three of you.

Actually I arrived there quite early

I went to eat a burger and stopped by there for a while before I went to buy merchandise.

However, I was in the wrong queue. I was queing in the line which people were lining up to buy tickets, fortunately the queue was short.

As a result, I had to move to another queue which was crowded by people in order to buy merchandise.

The booklets and light sticks were completely sold out at approximately 3pm.

When I was waiting in line, the sun shone brightly although it snowed in the morning.

At that time, the weather was windy but not that chilly

The wind was strong, the leaves on the trees were blown away by the wind and flying all over the place.

When I was queing in line,

the bus with Jaejoong's portrait on it drove to the site.

Everyone was screaming in excitement.

The bus was immediately swarmed by fans who were taking photos of it even before it came to a complete stop.

I bought a file and blanket, but I didn't buy the T-shirt and tumbler.

If I knew the blankets were included in the merchandise sold there, I would not have brought mine.

My blanket is indeed very small, it can only covers the knees. *sobs* ~~o(>_<)o~~

After I went to toilet, I waited in my seat for the evening to arrive .

Really, it was extremely cold at night .

I couldn't stand the cold so I bought the blanket.

There were few fans from a Korean fansite dancing to the TVXQ's songs.

I bought a light stick although I already got two because it was written DBSK JYJ on it. I felt warm hearted when I saw it.

Due to the pain in my feet caused by freezing cold weather, I went to have a walk. The police had begun to patrol the area. I bought some hot food to keep myself warm.

I brought the hot coffee with me into the venue.

After I got into the venue, I searched for my seat. The position of my seat was quite low because it was situated at the first level.

And to my sorrow, there was a pile of snow just beside my seat

And there was water from melted snow on the ground.

It was freezing.

Since I was sitting at the lower level of the platform area and there was a big space in front of me, so I couldn't take a good picture of our red ocean.

But the beautiful red ocean can be seen clearly at the big screen even though my seat was quite far from the stage.

It was magnificently beautiful.

Since it was snowing and hail stones falling down this morning, they had to remove the roof.

Due to this, three of them were appologizing to us repeatedly.

I saw the tractors which were used to remove the marque.

Because it was roofless, I could see a star shinning above us

The stage was big and perfect

The korean fans didn't prepare the light boards, but behind me there were huge banners with light bulbs at the second level.

On one of them was written 'Yoochun ah, I love you'

During Yoochun's solo, the camera even focused on that banner.

Because of the weather, they had to adjust the stage, so the time for fans to get inside the venue was delayed

When we were slowly moving inside the venue, the lights were all on and an insturmental version of a song was playing in the background.

But unfortunately I couldn't recall which song was that. %>_<%

Three of them suddenly came out from the backstage, telling us to move slowly, and told us no need to rush since they were still adjusting the stage.

And then three of them said something else which was beyond my knowledge of Korean language.

Without any reason, when I was listening to them, with the background music playing, my tears streaming down my face even though I couldn't understand what they were saying.

They have become so skinny.

Jaejoong has a new hair cut, it is shorter than the hairstyle that he kept for two years.

What they said on stage really warmed my heart.

My eyes were in tears, a Korean fan tried to comfort me by holding my hands. However, her eyes were reddened too when she told me not to cry.

They went back to backstage after they finished talking

The flashmob dance tutorial of be my girl was repeated playing on big screen

I found out that even though it was crowded, but when all of us were doing the flashmob dance with light sticks in our hands at the same time, the scene was spectacular.

Please forgive me as I didn't video record that moment, because I was participating in it too.

To be able to dance with everyone, I was overwhelmed by happiness.

The opening song was EMPTY.

Three of them had put in all they have. Especially their solos had left the deepest impression on me.

First was Jaejoong's solo. Hmm... It was good. A group of female dancers in revealing clothes were dancing around him.

At first he took of his jacket, then his neck tie. Hmm... I need to stay calm.

It was followed by Yoochun's solo. It was perfect too. He was dancing closely with female dancers.

The American female dancers were really sexy.

Then it was Junsu's turn, he was the most well-behaved out of three. He was so handsome when he conducted the orchestral version of empty.

First he sang his solo from their album, and followed by too love from Sungkyunkwan Scandal OST.

During the chat time, the camera focused on Song Joong-ki and Yoo Ah In when they talked about Sungkyunkwan Scandal.

Both of them were sitting together.

I only understood some of their conversation, for example: Everyone is very cold right? Even though the weather is freezing, please stay together with us passionately.

In fact they were in cold too.

Either one of them, I think is Yoochun told us to take a hot bath and drink some hot soup when we reached home.

After he told us that he seemed like he couldn't stand the cold and said it out in an informal way 'It is really cold!'

The way he said it was very adorable.

When they apologized to us due to the roof that was removed, everyone shouted 'It is alright' in reply.

They didn't wear as thick as us, especially Junsu, his outfit was very thin.

When singing Chajatta, I think there was a part where Jaejoong didn't sing the high notes due to the cold.

Really it was freezing cold, we could see the white smoke came out from their mouths whenever they sing.

It was great when we did the flashmob dance.

Although it was crowded, but when all the light sticks moving together in synchronization, it was magnificently beautiful.

At the beginning I didn't know the flashmob dance had started because no one gave us hint.

The korean fan who sat beside me pulled off the blanket and dragged me up.

I was very excited.

It was like a gathering of cassies

The flashmob dance was a success, we only didn't do the wave because everyone was standing.

After it ended, I was shivering when sitting back to my seat. I couldn't feel myself, my whole body was numb.

Three of them changed in cute sports wear when singing the last song 'empty remix'

The way they jumped was adorable.

Everyone was waving their lightsticks enthusiastically.

It was really beautiful.

On my left were Korean fans, and on my right were fans from Japan.

We were trembling and shivering at the end of the concert.

The videos I recorded were all shaky because it was really cold.

When we were chanting, my teeth were chattering. It was obvious especially after each song had ended.

The Japanese fan almost cried because of the cold.

The Korean fan sitting beside me couldn't help stamping her feet on the ground.

In the end, we were all shivering uncontrolablly and making weird noises even though I used my blanket to cover all three of us.

For the first time, my hands were swelling due to the extreme cold.

The Japanese fan couldn't stand the cold and cried first, I cried next.

When we were shouting for encore, she cried while hugging me.

Three of them didn't appear on stage even though we shouted for encore.

We didn't go home, all of us insisted to wait there.

The spot lights were switched on slowly, but they didn't make an annoucement yet. So we were shouting for encore again.

After that although the announcement was made, the korean fans still shouted 'cannot!'

It was cute that the announcer even replied to fans 'It has already ended, 'cannot' can't change anything'

We lingered around there for a while before we moved out of the venue.

I couldn't move and sense my feet when I stood up.

They were all numb.

Whether they are in person or as a group of five, we should support them all.

We can only support the decision they made and the path they chosed

A fan told me, she can't wait anymore, because she can't see hope...

I replied her, 'There's hope if anyone of them still having activities.'

To be able to let everyone to see the red ocean created by us at everywhere,

that's the only thing we can do.

Remember, their insistence is our motivation, and what we insist on is their greatest motivation too.

Yesterday after talking with my dad, i decided to go to the OpenJob, which is a fair for people like me who will have to go to university or find a job, an exhibition where you can get information [not that much in fact –.-] about every kind of thing.. i woke up at 6am, and while watching a drama, i was about to miss my train lol

it' was freezing, but no forecasts about snow.. i had to change train in Treviso where i met with my other mates, and took the train to Vicenza [YES VICENZA]

Hello, this is SM Entertainment.
Since a series of events occurred including three members of TVXQ breaking away from the team, we SM Entertainment (noted as SM) have been refraining from having U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin participate in music-related activities for a long period of over a year.
For the feelings and dreams of the two members and the company to protect 'TVXQ',
and thinking about the hearts of the fans, who have been showing an unchanging love to TVXQ, we have been waiting for a long time.
As it was stated in the injunction verdict, all TVXQ activities must be done through SM.
Regardless of this fact, the trio have unfortunately continued to be unresponsive to the proposal SM sent them regarding continuing activities as TVXQ.
Therefore, after much thought and consideration, we have made the following decision.
For U-Know Yunho and Choikang Changmin, who have not given up their dream of 'TVXQ',

This November 18th was one of the most important days in the life of a Korean high school student. High school students in their last year of high school (also known as 3rd grade) took their university entrance exams. This exam is what most of them have been studying for their entire high school careers. Some students start preparing for it in middle school. Middle school! WOW! Once the students reach high school, they stay late for “self study” time. School begins roughly around 7am and goes until 10pm, 11pm, or midnight. Third grade high school students stay the latest, and even after midnight, some of them would go to a private study room for another hour or so, then sleep a few tiny hours and go back to school the next day to do the same thing. If they’re not at a study room, they might be at a “hagwon”, a private after school tutoring centre that costs parents a lot of money. For majority of students in Korea, middle/high school is your entire life.

This test is such a big deal that police are there outside of the doors to monitor who goes in and out of the school, and to control the crowds. Work is pushed back to 9am that day so all the students can get to their high school smoothly. Korean celebrities, like SHINee and other SM artists, posted videos wishing the students good luck the day before. The day before the exam, the schools are emptied of all material, and all reflective surfaces are covered in the classrooms to prevent cheating. Students must bring their own lunches that day, because the school cafeteria doesn’t want to be blamed if the food makes a student feel sick and do poorly. No one, including the teachers, can go in or out of the school that day. No food delivery, no leaving to get food.

But some things are a bit too extreme. Teachers can’t wear perfume or wear clothing that might distract the students from their test. Supervising teachers must remain in one place for the whole exam; if you walk around too much to check for cheating, a student might complain that it distracted them. If a student is sick, other students can complain on or blame the sick student for distracting them.

The internet becomes a scary place for teachers after the exam. It can get to the point that some students with low marks will report their supervising teacher for being a distraction, and the student’s poor grades are a result of that supervisor. In turn, that teacher can get into a lot of trouble because of these distraction. In other words, the stress level is extremely high, for both students and teachers alike.

And that’s why the junior students wait outside to cheer their fellow seniors from 5am – 8:30am. With all the stress and heaviness placed on that day, everyone could use a little cheering. Hopefully all of the students did well that day, and didn’t notice Martina’s terrible bowing skills. Fighting! So here’s a video of them cheering from wayyyy early in the morning. We think it was really cool, and we’re glad to have been a part of it.

Before the review of the hearing

I, who wrote this review of the hearing, am a fan of JYJ. I have written this review in the perspective of a JYJ fan.

Everything that has occurred between JYJ and SM is because of an unlawful 13-year contract, SM's unfair exploitation of their authority by putting all responsibility of compensation on JYJ if the contract is terminated, and an unfair income distribution.

Bringing in Crebeau Cosmetics as the main reason for the lawsuit is nothing more than one of SM's dirty tricks.

I originally had no plans of writing a review. I have always believed in and respected the decisions made by the members of JYJ. However, the reason I have decided to change my mind is because I believe this is the least I can do against the unprincipled actions of those who control the media with their lies and falsities.

This review can only be re-posted in sites that support and believe in JYJ.

1. SM's Stance
※SM was unable to submit a portion of their evidence during the hearing. Though they complete all evidence submission beforehand, they had to resubmit a portion of their documents due to a change in the number code on the documents. If evidence is submitted the day before the hearing, it is impossible for it to be delivered to the presiding judge on the day of the hearing. Therefore, some of the points SM makes are points with content, but no evidence.
(1) Background of the Case

The problem arose when JYJ submitted their injunction and left TVXQ in July, 2009. This was when SM's years of efforts began to return in the form of profit.

Before May, 2009, JYJ never raised an issue regarding the contract to SM.

SM was the one who approached JYJ first in February, 2009 to better income distribution for JYJ's profit from domestic and overseas activities. JYJ agreed to all the points presented at the time.

JYJ has never raised an issue regarding the contract other than those pertaining to income, and none of the other artistes of SM have raised a complaint regarding the current contract.

Therefore, the root of the problem is JYJ's cosmetic company.

(2) The Progress of the Case

Problems between SM and JYJ began in May, 2009.

At the time, JYJ was participating in the Tohoshinki Concert Tour (4TH The Secret Code) in Japan. During this time, SM received a request from AVEX. The content of the request is as so:

A great amount of reports were sent to AVEX by Japanese fans that stated, 'It is being said that if Crebeau cosmetics are bought, you will get a chance to meet TVXQ. Also, the parents of TVXQ members are selling Crebeau cosmetics in the regions where the Japanese Tour is being held.' AVEX sent a request to SM to verify these reports.

SM met with JYJ, and set forth to verify the validity of the reports.

JYJ were told by SM that a problem would arise if the members exploited the name of TVXQ instead of treating the cosmetic company as a mere financial investment. In order to confirm that there were no legal issues, SM asked JYJ to reveal the details of their investments, but JYJ did not do so. A deposition has been submitted as evidence.

JYJ turned down a commercial with a domestic cosmetics brand (Speculated as MISSHA), and filed an injunction against SM.

(3) Crebeau and JYJ have a close relation with each other

January 8th, 2009. JYJ attended the investment briefing session that was held in China.

At said investment briefing session, people advised JYJ to invest.

Fans recorded the event, and this video evidence has been submitted in the form of a CD.

JYJ were the CEOs of Crebeau.

JYJ advertised to fans that they were involved with Crebeau.

(4) JYJ filed an injunction against SM because of the cosmetics company.

JYJ attempted to exploit the fame of TVXQ to develop an unknown cosmetics brand into one known widely across Asia, and to be rewarded greatly through their investments. JYJ decided that they could not partake in the cosmetic company's business if they continued to stay under their exclusive contract with SM. Therefore, they filed an injunction, stating the unlawfulness of the exclusive contract as a reason, in order to partake in the cosmetics company.

If the cosmetics company wasn't the reason why JYJ filed the injunction, then why did JYJ not have any objections against the contract until after their involvement in the cosmetics industry began?

(5) Even after the injunction was filed, SM continually tried to change the clauses of the exclusive contract with JYJ. However, JYJ did not accept these changes.
(6) Problems regarding the length of the contract period

Both sides agreed to the length of the contract period for financial motives.

SM has not held back in giving JYJ as much support as possible during the contract period.

JYJ must carry out what they have agreed to in their contract.

A long-term contract is essential for stable overseas activities. When BoA and SES entered the Japanese market, BoA succeeded but SES failed. SES failed because they did not have a long-term contract. Therefore, even AVEX asked TVXQ for a long-term contract.

Also, a long-term contract is essential to overcome the consuming limits of idol stars and develop into artistes. If a contract period is set for 3 or 4 years, the agency can't help but work to maximize profit in a short period of time. Therefore, a contract period of 10 years or more is necessary so that the artiste can raise his value and work in a larger market.

SM is currently supporting trainees with ten years of know-how under their belt. In order to construct and run the system, billions of Won are needed as the annual budget. SM is the only agency with such a system.

SM receive consent from JYJ's parents.

SM has followed the rules of the Fair Trade Commission.

(7) Problems regarding income distribution

The income distribution system is actually in JYJ's favor.

Compared to the income distribution clauses of other agencies, JYJ is receiving the best treatment that can be found in the industry.

SM has given JYJ more money than what is agreed upon for income distribution for album sales.

There are many instances where SM covered expenses that JYJ were supposed to pay for.

As SM is a listed company, it has released all contents of its financial affairs and no problems that have found.

Despite this, JYJ stated that is was a problem with the income distribution, and SM actively worked to collect all data regarding the accounts. Though SM gave JYJ permission to view and verify the accounts, JYJ did not do so.

Also, JYJ has never raised an issue to SM regarding income distribution and their tax adjustments until the filed their injunction.

(8) Problems regarding JYJ's supposed deprivation of freedom

There has not been a single instance in which SM deprived JYJ of their freedom.

This can be accounted for by staff members who have worked with JYJ.

(9) The immense damages the 2 members of TVXQ (Yunho, Changmin) have incurred because of JYJ

JYJ turned down a commercial contract for TVXQ with a domestic cosmetics brand that had a down payment of 450 million Won.

One third of TVXQ's Asia Tour (4TH MIROTIC ASIA TOUR) was not carried out. The evidence for this is the cancellation of the Shenzhen concert.

Until the end of the year in 2009, JYJ participated in activities of their choice, and ignored the opinions of the 2 members of TVXQ.

Though JYJ made it seem like they were working to carry out activities as TVXQ on the outside, this is not true.

JYJ interfered with the Japanese activities of the 2 members of TVXQ by requesting that AVEX end their business relationship with SM and sign a contract with CJES.

JYJ's stance
(1) In the contract between SM and JYJ, there are many unfair and unlawful clauses.

13-year long-term contract

Exploitation of authority regarding compensation of damages

Unfair income distribution

The point of this lawsuit is to make the entire contract with such clauses completely invalid.

(2) There have been previous instances of an unlawful contract between an agency and a celebrity.
(3) Even if the contract is not nullified, JYJ cannot be charged for non-fulfillment of their obligations. They have always carried out the schedules give to them.
(4) Crebeau is nothing more than an investment.

There exists no clause in the contract that prohibits the celebrity from investing in other businesses.

There has never been an instance where JYJ's activities were hindered by their investment in Crebeau.

3. Question and Answer Session with the Judge
(1) Income Distribution
Judge: Did SM give JYJ more money and conditions better than those originally stated in the contract?
SM: Yes. In reality, SM distributed the income to JYJ more favorably than what the contract states.
Judge: Doesn't that imply that SM has acknowledged that the clause in the contract is unfit to be carried out?
SM: That is not so. Compared to the clauses of other agencies, SM provided JYJ with the best possible income distribution percentages. There were instances where SM covered expenses that JYJ were supposed to pay. However, this does mean that SM's clause is unreasonable.
Judge: We have to know the exact details of such adjustments. But right now, SM is stating that 'Though we had nothing more to give, we gave them more than we intended to.'
SM: Though the contract was created on the basis of an ordinary celebrity, it can be changed to fit the unique aspects of each celebrity. We are not saying that we gave them more money because the contract was unfair.
Judge: Are you not saying that according to your account adjustments, you 'Gave them more when there was no more to give'? Is it not normal for there to be no money left over to give to JYJ after all the money has been distributed?
SM: That is not so.
Judge: So are you saying that there is money that is left over?
SM: Yes.
(T/N: What the judge is trying to ask is, if SM is paying for all these extra expenses and such, which add up to quite an enormous amount which doesn't give room for profit to be left over, should they have any profit left to give JYJ extra money? The money doesn't add up if SM was really able to pay for all these expenses while paying JYJ more than what they should have been given.)
(2) TVXQ's activities
Judge: Are the two members performing activities as TVXQ?
SM: In reality, they have not been able to do so.
Judge: Didn't the 2 members participate in overseas activities as TVXQ? (T/N: He's referring to the SM Town Live '10 performances)
SM: That was their first official activity as TVXQ since this case began.
Judge: Have the three members moved to a new agency?
JYJ: No.
SM: This is contrary to what we now. CJES is currently supporting JYJ's activities. This is a fact widely known and accepted in the industry.
(3) Applying for witnesses
Judge: Are there any witnesses for this hearing?
SM:

SM employee Kang Jung Ah : Witness to testify that the exclusive contract is not unlawful
*Kang Jung Ah is a staff member who was there when the contract was signed between JYJ and SM

Head of SM's Finance Team Yoon Sung Hee : Witness to testify that the income distribution is fair

JYJ: SM employee Kang Jung Ah is unfit to be a witness. At the time when the contract was signed, JYJ were minors. We are asking for the contract to be nullified because the content of the contract is unlawful, not because the contract wasn't signed to begin with.
SM: It is important to know what the atmosphere and situation was like, and what was explained to JYJ when the contract was signed.
Judge: A interrogation of witnesses is necessary to judge the general content of the case. Therefore, Kang Jung Ah and Yoon Sung Hee will be noted down as witnesses. Are there any other witnesses?
SM: SM Japan Director Nam So Young
Judge: How are Crebeau and Japan related?
SM: The problem regarding Crebeau was first brought up in Japan. Japanese fans reported that JYJ were promoting Crebeau cosmetics during their Japanese tour.

Judge: Has SM not already submitted evidence regarding that problem? I happen to know that SM has even had media coverage done on the issue. And even if Director Nam So Young testifies, she is not the person who can present exact information regarding the content of JYJ's investment in Crebeau.
SM: AVEX representative (not chosen yet) : Witness to testify the importance of a long-term contract

The witness will testify that when AVEX and SM first signed the contract together, it was decided that a 13-year contract was necessary.

The witness will testify what JYJ did after the injunction to sever the ties between AVEX and SM.

JYJ: Why is SM trying to talk about what happened after the injunction?
SM: The reason SM is talking about what happened after the injunction is because CJES attempted to sever the ties between SM and AVEX and inflict financial losses.
JYJ: The case that SM has presented wishes to verify the validity of the contract and charge JYJ for non-fulfillment of their obligations. SM also calls for compensation of losses from JYJ regarding this.

Then what exactly did JYJ do to SM to justify this charge of non-fulfillment of their obligations? Please be specific.

The problem will be difficult to assess if SM states that everything JYJ did was a problem.

Fans have been showing much attention to this case and JYJ. The fans' attention is a great asset to JYJ. SM is doing nothing but purely attacking and criticizing JYJ in an open court. That will benefit neither side.

SM: We admit that SM hasn't been able to explain in detail JYJ's non-fulfillment of their obligations. The reason SM needs AVEX's testimony is because it is proof that a 13-year contract is valid and necessary in the current Japanese music market.
Judge: Kang Jung Ah and Yoon Sung Hee will be noted down as witnesses. Will JYJ be calling in any witnesses?
JYJ: No.

(5) The formal objection filed by SM to the verdict of the injunction
JYJ:

After the verdict was made on the injunction, JYJ was planning on filing a lawsuit requesting the nullification of their contract with SM.

However, as JYJ are celebrities, their activities come before their disputes. Therefore, they chose to partake in activities in the entertainment industry before filing the nullification lawsuit.

That is when SM filed a lawsuit to verify the continued validity of the contract between SM and JYJ.

As SM filed a lawsuit verifying the continued validity of the contract before JYJ filed their lawsuit nullifying the contract between SM and JYJ, we did not file a lawsuit pertaining to this issue. As two lawsuits may have ensued with repeated content.

JYJ requested materials pertaining to their activities from SM. However, there are documents that JYJ have not received.

SM states that JYJ did not come to retrieve the documents themselves, but that is not true. SM manages all its celebrities together. Therefore, there is no separate section where the TVXQ-related documents are located. SM basically told us that everything's in their office, so we must find all the information ourselves. However, this is an issue that requires the hiring of an accountant to solve and is very costly. That is why we wish for SM to sort through and hand over the files.

We have done an investigation into whether the income was distributed correctly according to the files given to JYJ by SM. There were additional files that we required from SM. However, the date of the lawsuit was changed. And SM filed a formal objection to the verdict of the injunction. Even though JYJ and Baek Chang Joo have not signed an exclusive contract, SM began a dispute solely based on their belief that an exclusive contract does exist between the two parties. Due to all these happening, which complicated matters, JYJ have not been able to carry out their investigation calmly.

The verdict of the injunction nullified this contract. However, SM continues to claim that the contract is still valid. As SM has great influence in the entertainment industry, JYJ is unable to actively perform under an independent name.

JYJ released their 1st album, but SM filed an injunction against it. Then they canceled their injunction.

(6) Request during the hearing
JYJ:

We ask that the Courts make a verdict on the validity of the contract as soon as possible due to the nature of JYJ's careers as celebrities.

Also, SM has stated that SM has give more money to JYJ than the contract dictates, but this is not true. Even just from looking at the documents we have received, this is not true.

In fact, SM has actually given JYJ less money than the contract dictates. SM has to give JYJ 22.3 billion Won more. We feel further investigate this part and submit documents.

Judge: This has been noted.
(7) Request by SM's lawyer for JYJ's attendance in court
SM: We have never met JYJ till now. We request that JYJ make an appearance in court.
Judge: You want JYJ to appear in court? Are you stating that you wish to interrogate JYJ?
SM: We don't need all three of them. We want to interrogate at least one of them. We have many questions for JYJ.
Judge: What are you going to interrogate them on?
SM:

JYJ's claim that they signed the contract under extremely poor conditions

JYJ's claim that SM deprived JYJ of their freedom

JYJ's claim that they have never heard anything about the process of their income distribution

JYJ's claim that the were under extremely bad conditions when they entered the Japanese market

We want to know if JYJ can look us in the eye and talk about these four claims in court.
JYJ: We do not know if this is reasonable. However, if SM wants this interrogation, we can try to convince JYJ to appear in court.
Judge: This matter will be discussed by the department of justice.
The reason JYJ's stance is short and concise
The main issue here is the unlawful contract but SM's lawyers have brought up the cosmetics company to change the subject of controversy and dull the judge's judgment. JYJ's lawyer concisely stated his main points so the judge didn't have doubts or attacks on what was stated. SM's lawyer kept trying to ruin JYJ's reputation by touching upon this and that, and in the end, he was interrogated by the judge, which is why their conversations are longer^^ And in a trial, the giving and receiving of evidence and documents is most important. A Note from your Oh-so-friendly Korean Translator (Oh no it's me, run away children, run away~!!)
Hey guys, dang it's been a while since I wrote one of these, I think the last one was when I translated the fan account of one of their previous hearings. There is a reason why these nice little notes pop up with long translations, and I'm sure you all know what it is.
As you know, it's a killer to translate such long articles/accounts, especially when translators have other commitments in life (like studying for SATs, and writing college apps, and running a charity organization in school, etc), but I do it anyway. Why? Because I know just how little information gets out to international fans compared to the vast ocean of information open to Korean fans (It's really fun swimming in that ocean... sure). In an attempt to keep you all updated, I spend hours (and I do mean hours. This alone took me at least 5+ hours to complete including formatting. I even color coded it like the original~ XD) hunched over my laptop.
Therefore, I do expect a certain amount of respect for the work I put in. Which means that this post cannot be taken without the proper credits AND even if you take out excerpts from this text or modify the words a little, a measly "by tohosomnia" credit will not cut it. Once again, I haven't put this on a template because templates are a mofo to read off of and a mofo to create. I trust that you will all respect the fact that I gave up time from other commitments to translate this.

oh God i’m feeling guilty for not having posted in my blog for so long O_O

it’s just.. it’s been a tough week.. and.. in a few hours another one will start =_=

but let’s start from the beginning.. YES.. i should have got it this week but nope bah.. i planned to go look for a job on Tuesday but i ended in my friend’s house explaining her how to convert videos and going crazy cuz of stupid programs –.-

so.. i’m really wondering how i’ll get to Rome.. and Milan.. gossssh T_T

on Wednesday i had a dream.. was it Wednesday? anyway.. it’s been one of the weirdest dream ever O_O

Lee Sun Gyun had fallen in love with me, and as he had saved my family and I from a disaster [???], my parents pushed me to marry me and.. yes i ended being his wife, though i really didn’t like or love him..

some months later, it was summer, i was coming back from grocery shopping with my parents because we would have had guests at our place, and while we were waiting for the red light at a cross, i suddenly noticed Woo Sung in a shop on my left, next to 2 of my class mates.

i was O_____O and asked my dad to stop the car to go and greet him, but he told me that my first duty was to welcome our guests, and sped up. i was so upset, i was about to cry because it had been such a long time since last time i met him, but we passed in front of that shop once again, and with the pretext to greet my friends, i got out the car and ran to my friends who were surprised to see me.

after a bit Woo Sung ended his shop and when he turned back he saw me and my friend [one of those who were with me during ATHENA times] and he smiled so brightly with both the mouth and the eyes.

I came near us then, and hugged my friend asking her how she was doing, like i wasn’t there at all. i was çOç, but after some seconds he grabbed my arm, pulled me some metres further away, and then hugged me.

it was the BEST hug EVER i swear [ok it was just my imagination –.-]

i don’t know if it was the warmth of his hug or what, but i ended with taking into consideration the fact of leaving Lee Sun Gyun for Woo Sung, so i kept silent. then he looked in my eyes and gave me an invitation to some party where he would introduce me to everyone.

I went back to the car, got home, and prepared everything silently. Then i decided to go to the mall to look for something to wear at that party, and while i was trying on a pair of shoes, i heard some girls behind me chatting.

“hey did you get that invitation too? and then? did he want something from you?”

“ah i knew he was like that.. Woo Sung is just a playboy.. he invites you, and then you find out his feelings are not serious..”

i felt SO bad, you can’t imagine it! and then..i just woke up, sad because

Jung So-min’s city chic transformation

Jung So-min, who just completed her first run as a leading lady in MBC’s Playful Kiss, shows her sophisticated side in a modeling campaign for accessory label Hazzys. Jung looks chic and polished, very different from the cutesy and sometimes childlike Oh Ha-ni, but still manages to maintain her youthful charm.

It’s actually much closer to the image of her Bad Guy character Mo-nae, who was a rich spoiled princess. She could have been a detestable character, but I loved that Jung kept her relatable and pitiable, especially in regards to her first foray into love.

I certainly hope the industry doesn’t try to shoehorn the 21-year old actress into roles that she isn’t ready for, age-wise, because I love her adorable earnest appeal. I would hate to see her openness and naivete stomped out by trying to capitalize on her star potential. She’s too good to throw under the bus.

While Playful Kiss flew relatively under the radar, Jung So-min certainly didn’t. She’s a rare find, I think, because her acting chops are real, and not overdone. Her facial expressions are amazingly readable and never forced, and she can make me feel what she’s feeling at every turn. I’m excited to see what’s ahead for her.

ok considering that I feel the time much more longer than what it is in truth.. it seems to me ages since when they were still together TT and i have to take into consideration that i started to follow them in Sept 2008, which is about 2 years.. not that much.. at all.. but gosh TT they took my life away and yeah i’m happy they’re smiling, but i’m missing the 5 of them smiling together, supporting each other..
